If a crew member breaks a window, damages a piece of furniture or causes a slip hazard, our liability coverage responds — not yours. A certificate of insurance is included with every written quote, without you having to ask.
We are bonded. A cleaning bond is a form of surety insurance that protects building owners against loss caused by crew members working inside their facility. This matters for any client whose crew operates in spaces with access to equipment, cash drawers, medication samples, or confidential documents. It is also a standard requirement for some multi-tenant building managers and property management companies in Washington County.
All crew members are covered under our workers' compensation policy. This is important for building owners for one specific reason: if a cleaning crew member is injured on your premises and they are not covered by their employer's workers' comp, the claim can be directed at the building owner's general liability policy. We eliminate that exposure entirely.
